Just thought I'd take a moment to let you know how proud I am of you for so many reasons. First, you are a spectacular Big Brother. I can't say that enough because I am so very impressed with how you are with Jansen. Second, excellent work on the school "stuff" this year. I am excited about you passing all your TAKS tests, but so very excited for you to have received commended status on the reading. Keep up the good work! I know that isn't easy to do. Third, you were awesome this weekend with my family. I remember just a few short years ago you were so shy that you stood behind your dad and would hardly speak to anyone but him, your mom, or your grandma. You are growing up to be quite a fine young man. John, Kim, and my Grandpa all loved meeting you. I couldn't believe you chose to help John with washing the truck AND then stayed back at the house with him when I went in to town with the others. Big steps from where we were a few years ago. You are amazing!
